The Holiday Season is here...Let the House Shopping Begin! In the month of October, there were 1,081 homes on the market for sale (a 7.3%% decrease from the month of September), 732 homes pending (a 13.3% increase from the month of September), and a 4.7% decrease in the number of homes sold totaling 607 in San Joaquin County. 
 

With the decrease of inventory, homebuyers should continue to expect multiple offers on San Joaquin County Market Reportproperties that they are interested in. With that said, there was a decline of 1% within the difference of the price homes were listed at versus the price homes were sold at. Obviously, home sellers should expect bids at or above their listed property...if their property is listed at market value.
