I am thankful for our awesome public servants, who protect us when we are in danger, and take care of us when we are sick.
Our Police Department, is unique in that they respond within minutes, while those in larger cities make take an hour or more. Hit 911, and you will soon have them at your door. Safety is important to all of us.
The Emergency Service arrives quickly when there are fires, and have all the equipment ready can handle anything you experience, such as burns, and any emergengy you may have.
I am thankful for the excellent public health services, they come to your home to assist those who need it. I know one lady who almost 100 years old, and her daughter lives with her, and these people give her a little break to relax a little while they give her a bath, as well any other things she needs.
Not only do they provide these services, but the mother and her daughter enjoy being able to interact with others, the mother never gets out, and her daughter doesn't get out much, only to buy groceries and pick up anything else they need. Her daughter set her life aside, giving up her job, and never has regretted. She told me that her mother always took care of her, and now its to take care of her.
The high lite of their day, both lite of their day, and they both enjoy and look forward to their arrival.
We are blessed with great doctors and nurses within a brief minutes of us, and the hospital located about fifteen+ minutes away, depending on where you live.
The Hospice service provides awesome care for those who are near the end of their life, and the family of these people are eternally grateful for having help getting those difficult times.
