Are you a busy Realtor? Do you stay in touch with your past clients? Just as importantly, do you stay in touch with your current clients?
I get a lot of referral business from past and present clients and one of the things that I hear most often is, "I love how well you have kept in touch and communicated the home buying process to me."
Folks, it is not rocket science. We are in a service based industry and if you don't give good service, you won't be in business for very long.
I will admit, my top ways of communicating with my client's are via electronic methods, either email or texting. So far, it seems to be working well. Of course, when the need arises, I do use the old fashioned telephone method. The main point is, I DO communicate with past and present clients.
