Endre: Those are excellet statistics for Pacific Palisades. I was interested to see the high average list price. And the sales price is not much less.

Hi Endre -- Pacific Palisades is one of the most popular neighborhoods on Los Angeles' Westside.  Those nice ocean breezes only enhance the appeal on a day like we had today further east.

Hella the Pacific  Palisades is  a very desirable part of the Greater Los Angeles area due to its close proximity to the Pacific Ocean and West Los Angeles and it still has a "small town" feel to it. Yes the Average Sales Price is Above the Average List Price.....

Michael I love the "Fourth of July Parade" where in Los Angeles can you put your chairs out the night before and expect it to be there the next day untouched:))
