Great "before and after" pics! I think clutter and odd paint choices are the easiest obstacles to overcome, yet I see listing after listing filled with cluttered counters and obnoxious paint colors.
Paint and sweat equity give great ROI John & Shannon. Neutral colors allow the buyer to move in with any color of furnishings and live comforably. They also give the home a wider appeal.
