What this report tells you: Days on market for Westminster homes in this price point are shockingly high - twice the length of time as last year! I checked to see if there were any short sales, which can sit on the market for weeks and even one could skew the numbers, but there were none.
I checked for price reductions and found that all but one had started out too high. There were price reductions of $15,000, $5,000, $20,000, $85,000 (YIKES), $30,000. The one that started out at the right price was under contract in 11 days.
