The Maritime, located at 33 N. Water Street, was built in 2007 of concrete and brick which makes the building very conducive to quiet living. There are 63 units in the building, and the management company allows only 14 units to be rented out during any one time period. Therefore, the building is almost totally owner occupied.

The building has a secure workout area with the latest equipment and a meeting room to entertain guests or have a business meeting. The association fees include accounting, legal, ground maintenance, insurance, management, pest control and security. Additionally, the building is secure with owner access only when entering and it's 'pet friendly.'
The possibilities are endless when living in this pristine location of SoNo. One can walk across the street to sit on benches, relax and watch sculling on the Norwalk River or enjoy the many species of wildlife. Additionally, the Maritime Aquarium and IMAX theater are directly across the street. The Oyster Festival is held annually across the river at Oyster Shell Park.
