......and yep, you guessed it, Hard Work........
OK, let's just get this out there up front. I don't believe there is anything you can learn on a webinar that is going to instantly increase your business.......without some hard work on your end.
Every day in this industry, you guys are getting calls and coming across companies that promise that by using their latest gizmo, gadget or website you are going to instantly and dramatically increase your production. The reality is, every one of these claims should come with the caveat, "if you are willing to work your butt off".
But let's say you are willing to work your butt off to be a more successful real estate professional, but you're not exactly sure where you should focus that hard work and determination. Let's say you get up each day and you're rearing to attack the day, but you're just not sure what should be your focus.
In steps Melissa Zavala, one of our favorite Rainers from sunny Southern California. Melissa is the Broker/Owner of Broadpoint Properties, a boutique real estate firm in Escondido CA and the creator of the Short Sale Expeditor. Over the years, Melissa has picked up a ton of practical examples of how to improve your real estate business and in this webinar, she's going to share ten of those ideas with you.
I'll be there to make sure we get her to dig deep and really get a good understanding of how to apply some of these ideas with the aim being; tomorrow when you wake up rearing to go, you'll have some options for where to focus that hard work we talked about earlier.
Melissa will be sharing concrete examples of ways to increase your business from 5 different segments of the business.
- Prospecting
- Marketing
- Technology
- Professional Development
- Networking
For each segment Melissa will share two ideas that you should be able to start working on immediately to make an impact in your business. We will also talk about how to plan to actually put these ideas to work in your business.
Many of us wake up each morning with a lot of 'things' to get done. But unless you take the time to really develop and execute on a plan with the sole intent being to develop a better business, you're most likely just going to be running around every day getting 'things' done. And your business deserves better. I hope you can join us.
