OK, I hate to brag, but Winchester, VA was listed in the 100 smartest towns in the America. Harrisonburg, Charlottesville and Blacksburg (college towns) were also in the top 100.
So, if you're thinking or relocating, and you want to be around smart people, we've got your ticket. Winchester, VA is one of America's top 100 smartest towns.

Scott, actually, it was a surprise to me, but I'm trying to hide my shock. 
My mother in law has lived in Harrisonburg, Va. for 40 years. I'd like to think she had something to do with their ranking after 30 plus years as a librarian. Having 4 cities in the top hundred helps prove what we both know, it's smart to live, work and play in Virginia.
