The East Greenwich RI Real Estate Market for the Month of October 2013 is seeing an increase in single family home sales.
Let us take a review of the East Greenwich RI real estate market as presented by Ginny Lacey Gorman, RI coastal real estate agent. Yes, although known for its higher end real estate, homes do range from under $300,000 to the millions of dollars.
The following is a recap of the home sale market here for October 2013:
Active Single Family Homes for Sale: 109
Sold Homes: 15
Pending Home Sales: 13
Average Days on Market: 105
The breakdown of the 15 East Greenwich homes sold in October 2013 is as follows:
9 homes sold for less than $300,000, 2 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000 and 4 homes sold for greater than $400,000. No homes sold for over $1 million.
The average priced home sold for $333,400 at 93% of list price. Home sales are up by 50% over the prior month, inventory also has decreased a bit, yet home prices have risen this year to date by 2% over 2012 year to date!
