Marie, I agree that most buyers can't visualize the potential of what an empty/vacant home provides.  I've never really thought in the direction of hiring a "buyer consult", but it makes perfect sense to me once you've laid it out in black and white for us.  And here I thought The Refreshed Home was just for sellers...my bad!!!

There is a wonderful service to home buyers Marie.  I know there are some very nice homes that get overlooked because buyers can't see past . . . empty, outdated.  I'm sure you work with home buyers in all price ranges to give them, the Refreshed Home!

Presenting potential is what we do!  It's usually considered something we do with sellers, but it's a valuable option for buyers too.  A smart buyer will use a stager to open their eyes to the possibilities they would otherwise miss.
