373 CR1701, Osage County Oklahoma -Contract Pending on Little House on the Prairie!!

My Little House in Osage County, Prue Oklahoma has just gone under contract. Located 20 miles off Highway 412, through the winding roads around KeyStone Lake this cute little home will soon have a new owner. This home operates on well water, propane for gas, window units for air and floor furnace for heat and sits on 1.2 acres.

Walnut Creek Boat dock is just a mile up the road...hence my "Little House on the Prairie" title.

Everyone lets keep our fingers crossed that inspections go well...scheduled for Tuesday...I'll let you know what happens!

Roland - Keeping my fingers crossed though there shouldn't be any big issues! All plumbing and wiring has been replaced, new appliances..Just worried bout the termite!!!

Fred - Thanks, We wait til it closes before we send out Just Solds...never know what might happen. That particular home belongs to my son'r baseball coach. Bout an 80 mile round trip when I was called to show!!!
