Clark County Real Estate Market Fall 2013

It's a sellers market in Clark County, WA with 4.7 months of inventory ( and less in certain areas). October 2013, saw fewer listings than the prior month, but still reflected a 12.8% increase over 2012. Total market time decreased to 85 days in October with 2,436 Active Listings.
