Outstanding Braemar Mailbox Repair
Earlier this week I mentioned that my mailbox had been sucker punched and left for dead. The newspaper slot and wood supporting the actual metal box had been split in two. Well, all I had to do to get it fixed was a ask a question in one of our Braemar Facebook groups and a recommendation of who to call came up. Garrett Dismore.
I first made contact through his mother. Garrett's a teenager that does this as a part-time job. Hearing that, I had my doubts, but when Garrett called me he was polite and wouldn't give me an estimate until he saw the box and what was needed. Afterward he called back with a quote. I asked if I should get him a check prior to the work being done. "No ma'am. I prefer my customers to pay when they are fully satisfied with the work I've done."
Garrett was scheduled to come over on Saturday or Sunday. I ended up being out most of the day Saturday, but when I returned home, noticed my mailbox was fixed, though missing a number. Garrett was on a run to get the last address number. When he came back to install it, I was there with a check for him.
This guy is so professional. He mentioned that the misty rain we were experiencing made it hard to paint, but that at his next weather opportunity, he would be by to touch it up.
If you need Garrett's contact info, send me an email and I'll get it to you.
