Thanks Sally for this AR Holiday Contest! Fourth quarter is shaping up to be a grand finale for 2013. Slowing down is not happening so we are forging full steam ahead. Activities planned and a fourth quarter “must do” list is meticulously being monitored and implemented.
Our annual Fall Festival in our community the end of October was a raging success and was worth the commitment.
Over 1,300 Thanksgiving calendars have been delivered to our market area plus another batch mailed to past clients.
The quarterly Statistical Report has been delivered to our market area with 3 calls already in for appointments.
Our email newsletter has been delivered for November and December’s will be transmitted the first of December.
One of our websites www.reloaustin.com has been redesigned and is up and running!
I’m continuing my practice of time blocking which is very beneficial to staying on track with all planned marketing endeavors.
My pledge to blog daily is on track.
My Pinterest board has undergone some much needed updating. I produced a board on the Formula One event held this past week with outstanding pictures provided by a close friend and one of the event photographers!
I’m making a list of clients to personally deliver poinsettias to the first of December.
This year a new “Tree Lighting” event will be held in our market community that I’m working on! Tree lighting, live nativity scene, petting zoo, horse drawn carriage rides, bouncy house, choir groups, hot chocolate and popcorn. An exciting Holiday Event to be enjoyed by the whole community!
My 2014 Business Plan has been hand written after reviewing performance of 2013 and will be tweaked the first of December.
My letters to buyers will be ready to mail after the first of the year to buyers I represented this year. I include the Homestead Exemption form for them to file and their settlement statement to provide their tax accountant in preparing 2013 income tax.
It’s a busy fourth quarter with listings still coming on and buyers wanting to close by the end of the year! Considering the momentum of 2013 and the fourth quarter .....2014 looks to be an even stronger year for real estate in Austin Texas! I’m ready to take it on!
