With the holidays on our doorstep, some Long Beach CA home buyers and sellers put their plans on hold. But actually the end of the year can be an ideal time to make a move. Traditionally, home sellers have gravitated toward spring and summer, allowing families with kids to get ina new home before the new school year starts in September. Spring and summer bring more homes on the market and lots of buzz, but it isn't necessarily the best time to sell. More than half of all home buyers don't have children and don't care about the school year.
