Luxury homes do tend to take a little longer to sell - obviously the price point narrows the pool of eligble buyers. For those with the purchasing power, there's a good inventory of luxury homes to choose from in Loveland. Mary and Dick would be the ones to call to take a tour.

Dick, It looks to me that the luxury market is doing pretty well. After all we have had some challenges with the government shutdown and the health care buzz. A $10 million dollar home must be fantastic. I would hate to clean it though. Oh yeah, if you can afford it you can afford full time help. I guess I am not your buyer.
