Charlie and Dylan at Four Months Old

By
Real Estate Agent with William Raveis Real Estate RES.0772823

My kittens, Dylan (on left) and Charlie (on right) at four months old.  When I got them six weeks ago, they weighed just over three pounds, now they weigh over five pounds.  They are friendly and sociable even with strangers.  Whenever I have guests over, they walk right up and expect to be greeted.  They run to the door when I come home, the way dogs do, then they roll over on their backs to have their tummies rubbed.

They've brought so much joy, playfulness, and affection into my life.  I can't do enough for them.  This Thanksgiving I'm giving thanks to my pets.  They give us so much love and ask for so little in return.  I'm sure for those of you who have pets, you feel the same way.  Pets add such another dimension to our lives.

Gail, Pets add so much more dimension to our lives. They can fill out hearts like nothing else. Their love is not conditional ... and they do bring such joy and happiness to so many.  I'm glad Charlie and Dylan fill you house and heart with such joy. You deserve it.

Charlie and Dylan make me miss my Siamese kitties more and more.  I grew up with them and it's been 3 years since my last one passed away.  I have two other rescue kitties but suspet a new kitty may be in my future

Kathleen - My husband was allergic, so I've waited 15 years for these kitties!  They do fill my heart with joy.

Hannah - I've got a chocolate point (Charlie) and a blue point (Dylan) Siamese.  Which kind does your daughter have?

Cindy - Siamese cats more doglike than other breeds.  They understand certain words "dinner" "salmon" "let's go downstairs" "time for bed" etc.  They come when I call them and they are just starting to learn how to fetch (they've figured out if they bring their balls to me, I'll throw them).

They may not give you a kiss on the cheek, but anyone who runs to the door to greet me when I arrive home is a welcome addition to my life.  I think they are lovely additions to your life--gorgeous too.

Gail-I had a kitty just like Dylan years ago and they are beautiful. Not tempermental like a reg siamese can be. I didn't know they had chocolate point points as well. Real cuties
