NEW MALL FINALLY APPROVED IN WESLEY CHAPEL FLORIDA
Cypress Creek Town Center Builder finally gets approval for the new MALL in Wesley Chapel Florida.
Construction on the huge outlet complex could begin as early as this summer.
After years of environmental litigation, officials say they finally have a GO on the massive outlet mall in Pasco County. The Cypress Creek Town Center will be the first open air outlet mall in the wider Tampa metro area at State Rd. 56 and I-75. The Premium Outlet Mall is scheduled to open around mid 2015 with Saks, Inc, as one of its anchors.
The entire project is about 510 acres. The outlet mall is scheduled to be built on about 50 acres of property with many luxury retailers, as typical with a Simon outlet center.
Another 50 acres will be used for other retail and restaurant uses by The Jacobs Group. Another 40 acre parcel owned by The Sierra Group which is approved for up to two hotels as well as another 204 acres also owned by The Sierra Group is approved for a mix of commercial offices, hotels and hundreds of multifamily residential units.
The Cypress Creek Town Center Mall will bring many jobs and opportunities to the Tampa/Wesley Chapel and surrounding area. This is a beautiful area, with many beautiful homes nearby, shopping centers, hospitals and interstate access is right there at the mall. EVERYTHING is right here...in the NEW TAMPA/WESLEY CHAPEL area. WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE?
