The hardest part about creating a PowerPoint Listing Presentation is getting started. You already know what you want to say to your prospective sellers but putting your thoughts into an organized manner can seem daunting if you have to do it from scratch.
Back in August I wrote a blog post called, "Make Yourself Memorable with Impressive Listing Presentations". In it I outlined what makes an impressive presentation, what you should avoid and tangible handouts. I also gave a sample PowerPoint Listing Presentation I created with the agent's pre-approval and blessing.
After some investigating, I found a PowerPoint template for your Online Marketing Plan offered through Realtor.com. It's basically a fill in the blanks template that you can create yourself or have someone create for you.
