A seller can do better than that by looking at the tax rolls. Get local news and get your real estate advice from a local real estate agent. BTW I know a good one in Pensacola, Pace or Gulf Breeze that may not tell you what you want to hear but for sure will tell you what you need to hear. Dear God, Today I was reminded of how many people are suffering through cancer. I have lost loved ones to this ravaging disease...and I am thankful they are with you because they were Christians, believers whose trust was in the Risen Savior. ("To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.") I have friends and fellow brothers and sisters in Christ who are now facing that battle. Some will receive healing and more years on this earth. Others will receive permanent healing and be with you in heaven. I pray for each and every one, that you will give them abundant grace and mercy and blessings through it all. It is when we are weak, that we most recognize that you are strong. I pray for relief from pain, for strength to endure, for joy and happiness in the journey. I pray for the sick ones and for their loved ones. This is an extremely emotional time...and a spiritual time. Carry them, Lord. May their lives and their testimonies shine for you everywhere they go. Thank you for the healing you bring. Thank you for being there. Thank you for loving. Thank you for meeting needs. May you receive glory and honor through it all. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
