South Riding Mid Week Update 11/16/2013 - 11/20/2013

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 53 active listings. 1 homelistings new this week; 1 traditional sale detached home.  2 homes went under contract; 1 traditional sale town home and 1 traditional sale detached home.  1 home sold; a traditional sale town home.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
