Equator attended the NAR Annual conference held in San Francisco. What a great and busy event! On the first day of the event weekend, we held our Equator Short Sale Essentials class. It was very interactive. There were a lot of great questions and feedback from agents on the day to day functions and challenges of working short sales. Our Training Manager, Ray Massey, offered tips from our servicer clients to guide agents into a smooth short sale transaction.
At the event we shared that we have an Equator Advisory Board and are looking for Board members for 2014. Many expressed interest in participating and also in helping us design new agent products as well as beta testing for releases.
After class agents had the opportunity to review their profiles and get feedback on other areas of interest, on a one-on-one basis.
At the booth we met a lot of agents that were new to the Equator platform and enjoyed conversations about future real estate trends and how Equator can serve them. It was a joy to see some of our long time Equator users who stopped by the booth to say hi as well! Our new addition of the Corn Hole toss game was a big hit! Winners were entered into a drawing for a chance to win an Nexus 7 or Kindle Fire HD and the winners were Elizabeth Wilcox (Kindle Fire HD) & Petra Reyes (Nexus 7)
