Big Problem MolehillOne thing good real estate agents learn to do with almost any transaction, buy or sell, is to go with the flow. In the area of problems that come up to reduce worry and stress we need to

Learn To Not Worry About Problems That Are Not Real Yet.

It can be good to anticipate problems, see things that may happen around the corner, to head them off at the pass TO A POINT. But just think,

That closing date you won't be there, that loan amount still not approved, getting the seller to do all those repairs will they agree?, the appraiser surely won't go for this offered purchase price, ON AND ON we can project our worry AHEAD of the real problem that has not surfaced yet.

In the world of real estate, making mountains out of molehills can be a common practice and OFTEN IN LIFE 90% of what we worry about NEVER happens. Leave your troubles outside each night upon returning home, each day has its own share of issues. AND GO WITH THE FLOW. Don't worry so much.

Good advice.  I wish more listing agents would just keep their mouths shut during the property tour and quit trying to explain every detail.  Just let it flow.

I have found that what I worry about usually does not materialize, so you would think I would stop worrying, but not the case but I do try daily to just let go.

I know some people just like this.  They make a problem where there isn't one and then dwell on it until it grows out of control.

Thanks for sharing your insight . . . . worrying about a problem that has not happen is a waste of energy.

Good luck and success.

These are true words of wisdom. Although, I'm not normally a compulsive worrier by nature, lately, stress has gotten the better of me. So much has gone wrong that I find myself bracing for more.
