You can barely buy a new car for the price of that lot on Lake Sinclair. I can't believe your prices in Georgia, Tammy. And on the water, no less. What a beautiful view, too.
//I had to laugh when I read your post. I once offered as lake front cottage for sale, which I advertised in the NY Times. Folks called and I showed them the property. While with them I made the statement the cottage was cheap at the price it was listed. The wife immediately said, that is why we won't buy the property. I didn't use the term "cheap" any longer.
Wow, that is a good price. The fishing and boating on Lake Sinclair is first rate.
