The highest sale was over list price by $44,000 and it just closed on October 1, after being on the market for only 31 days. The median sale sold at 98.5% of list. The average sale price was $539,681. Several of the listings had multiple offers. One home was a foreclosure that was renovated and is currently under contract. This neighborhood continues to be in a seller’s market.
