If you have a blatant defect, you have just added that to someone's first impression experience. It cannot be erased so easily either. Water damages, cracks, anything broken, stained or not functional should be addressed before we go live. If not, you will be triggering the dreaded reverse selling dynamic...In other words YOU are the problem and back pedaling is your business plan. I wont do that
