“Never say anything about yourself that you don’t
want repeated . . . . or to come true.”

As I see it . . . . . . .
Speak kindly of yourself
Speaking without thinking about what you’re saying about yourself . . . . can come back to haunt you. A misplaced word . . . . phrase . . . . or comment about yourself can have a devastating impact on your life and or career.
Before you speak about yourself . . . . STOP . . . . think about what your about too say if it’s not positive? WHY are you even saying it? What the benefit in SAYING IT? Most important what’s the LONG TERM IMPACK in saying it?
You can very easy to undermine your career with the spoken word . . . . Think about what you want to say about yourself if it’s negative DON”T SAY IT.
Keep your self-talk positive . . . . and what you say about yourself to others the same.
Have the conversation with yourself and if there is and a condition that needs to be corrected . . . . CORRECT IT. If you made a mistake ADMIT IT, CORRECT IT and MOVE ON.
Speak kindly of yourself . . . . in public . . . . and keep your thoughts about yourself in private . . . . positive.
