Caloosa Yacht & Racquet Club is an upscale, gated community with a private deep-water marina conveniently located in Fort Myers with quick boating access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Caloosahatchee River. Fort Myers Beach, downtown Fort Myers, golfing, shopping, hospitals, restaurants and the SW Florida International Airport are all within a 15 to 20 minute drive unless traffic is heavy.
The community has a Four Star private on-site restaurant called The Blue Coyote. Management is friendly and will allow potential home buyers to visit the restaurant which I highly recommend. The service is excellent and the food is superb.
With a 4 acre private park, walking trails, boat launch, fishing pier, kayak and canoe racks, four tennis courts and an Olympic sized heated community swimming pool, the community offers something for everyone.
