Here is the latest information on the City of Cape Coral's Utility Expansion Project. On July 24, 2013, City Council approved the Initial Assessment Resolution for Southwest 6 & 7.
For a standard building site (a standard building site is approximately 10,000 square feet and consists of two lots) the assessment cost for the three utilities (water, sewer, irrigation) plus new roads is $10,011.00
