Home Prices in Oakley California – Trend November 2013

The question I get from people is, “What direction is the market heading?” “Are prices falling or continuing up?” Here is a chart showing Oakley Home Prices #OakleyHomePrices and how they are trending for the past three months.

As you can see from the chart prices are trending up, except maybe price per SF. I think price per SF is not up as much because people are buying larger and more expensive homes, which tend to be cheaper on a SF basis.

There was a spike in total sales in September, but that may be anomaly or just an end of the summer rush. Home supply is barely over 1 month, which is a very strong sellers market.
