Spring Break-It's here!

...or it's going to be very soon:

Realtors who are nearly broke or have a broken marketing program.

Well, this is your chance to break away from the old marketing plan:

Plant a sign. Put an ad in the paper. Snap a couple crappy photos. Pray.

Spring into the new marketplace:

Put your listings where you know the buyers are - on line.

Point your newspaper at your on line presence.

Stop waiting for people to stumble into an open house,

and get engaged with the on line marketplace, where eight out of the buyers are on line:

your blog, social network and website. 

There's been a lot of talk about paradigm shifts around here lately.

It seems like the online marketing presence is esential in the market.  So have said online marketing is the future.  It is actuallly the present.

We are filled with Spring Breakers here in Key West.  They can be annoying, they can be tough but they spend good money in our community.  This too shall pass.

I am working on more marketing myself, and am encouraging our member agents to ride their waves of success- like you say, Cowabunga.
