Average home sold price was $109,373 for an average 96% list/sold ratio and 118 days to contract.
Compare this to 54 homes sold in September, 2013; ranging from $360,000 for 2,760 sf to $9,500 for 564 sf.
Average sale: $120,270 at a 96% list/sold ratio and 87 days to contract.
Back in October 2012, There were 55 solds, ranging from $250,000 for 2,614 sf to $30,000 for 872 sf.
Average sold price was $104,233 at a 92% list/sold ratio. It took an average of 84 days to go under contract.
Currently Active on the market in Hudson: 369. Ranging from a list price in Driftwood Isles (waterfront) of $646,500 to $27,900 in Bayonet Point Annex (744 sf, bank-owned).
Prices are definitely on their way up compared to last year. Inventory is down; I think people are waiting till after the holidays to put their home on the market. It seems to have taken longer for homes to go under contract this October.
