So far this year, overall home sales were at 672 homes sold, a 82% change from this time last year. New Aubrey Texas Real Estate listings changed 48.5% for the same period last year with 98 homes listed this month. So far this year, ovferall home listings underwent a 40% change with 909 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 54.5%, with 68 homes contracted.
