Interesting, I'll check that up as well...  I do have an idea that can be used when you have an out of town buyer/seller.  Roxio, a computer software company has a program called "Easy Media Creator", with this program you can manipulate video, music and pictures.  It has one cool feature where you can create a presentation just like powerpoint!, the cool thing is that you can also add background music, pictures and video.  You can build your presentation anyway you want and then burn it into a CD for the computer or a DVD!!!  COOL ha! If your client prefers to view your information on a computer CD you would be able to even insert links to your site!!!  Give it a try, I just love this program!

 Thanks for the tip, I like free more than trial, but video chat is the way to go. You can do this with Skype if they have an account, and I found another one but can't think of it's name. Just google free video chat and look for one where the other person can go to a site without having to sign up. I will look into this more.
