Banks take forever.....thats what I've been told. I gone to several foreclosure seminars and the general consensus is that it can take up to 6 months to close a property. Yikes. Ugh. If you have someone in your office that specializes in foreclosures, then you might consider referring it. 25% guy and only a little work. If an agent specializes in it, then they build those relationships and network with the banks. I think thats good. I know I'll just referr it to a lady in my office that has a bunch of foreclosure listings.
Greg,
Craig's list is great but you need to take a look at Postlets.com, they offer not only posting to Craigslist but also to several other sites, and they give you the opportunity to build great ads, in color frames and backgrounds that look much better than just a regular CL post. Check it out, you will love it! Even if you do not know HTML you can create really great looking ads.
good luck
Ben
