“Living in Scottsdale, has been an absolute joy,” says, Angie Johnson, REALTOR® with RE/MAX Luxury Real Estate.  It is one of the cleanest and most beautiful cities in the United States.  The weather is absolutely perfect nearly 9 months of the year, property taxes are low, and just last month I wrote an article on Scottsdale, AZ being named one of the safest cities in our country.

My husband has family in Canada and I have family in Chicago so living in Scottsdale where the average winter temperature is 71 degrees, we get lots of visitors.  We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Our family enjoys golf and Scottsdale, Arizona offers golf opportunities galore!  Scottsdale also offers fine dining options, museums, hiking & biking trails, tennis, night life, and so much more.

“Real Estate in Scottsdale is a fantastic buy in my opinion as very few cities offer all that Scottsdale does,” says Angie Johnson, REALTOR® with RE/MAX Luxury Real Estate. The Luxury Home Market in Scottsdale, Arizona is booming.  If there was a real estate depression here, you wouldn’t know it today because homes are selling fast and pricing is steadily rising.  With all that Scottsdale has to offer it surprises me real estate prices are still affordable in comparison to other markets that offer very little when compared.
