Donna the number of sales are the same for October but there was a huge drop in average sales price from last year.  Has the market really changed that much in Morris Cove?

George - The drop was due to one sale being a short sale and the other a bank owned propety.  The prices can fluctuate quite a bit in Morris Cove given the small number of sales each month.  One short sale or foreclosure can skew the average sales price quite a bit.
