So far this year, overall home sales were at 480 homes sold, a 25% change from this time last year. New Prosper Texas Real Estate listings changed 37% for the same period last year with 41 homes listed this month. So far this year, ovferall home listings underwent a 18% change with 594 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 3%, with 30 homes contracted.
