Lakewood Texas Home Sales changed by 8% in September 2013 over the same month last year with 231 homes selling this month! So far this year, overall home sales were at 2,353 homes sold, a 25% change from this time last year. New Lakewood and M Streets Texas Real Estate listings changed 14.5% for the same period last year with 277 homes listed this month. So far this year, overall home listings underwent a 7% change with 3,115 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 10.5%, with 211 homes contracted.
