PROVERBS - CHAPTER 15:22

"Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed."

MY THOUGHTS: I come up with a lot of ideas on my own and sometimes I like to run with them.  However, I continue to learn that with MANY ADVISERS you create a better idea and plan.  Doing so leads to success.  I am not saying you can't run your own race.  I have learned that its much more effective to have more people on your team.  Different ideas and experience can help create the success.  Consult others with big decisions and gather all the truths you get from them.  Pick wise advisers that want to help you - not hold you back!
