South Riding Mid Week Update 11/23/2013 - 11/27/2013

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 45 active listings. No homelistings new this week.  6 homes went under contract; 1 traditional sale condo, 3 traditional sale town homes and 2 traditional sale detached home.  1 home sold; a traditional sale town home.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
