Trainers or Seminars

Who are the best trainers or seminars to take in this day and age of Real Estate.  Besides the normal training and certification for license renewal.  Need advice or feedback from Realtors who have taken classes or seminars with leaders and motivators who changed their real estate career.  I heard people talk about Floyd Whitman (i believe his name might be spelled wrong i apologize)Robert rich dad poor dad, .  Anthony Roberts etc.  Are these guys really worth it and will it make that much difference.  Need feedback and recommendations.  Thank You for reading /
