At my office these past few months I gotten some pretty interesting questions over the phone and thought i share some of them that just had me laughing after the call....Do u get these kind of questions in your area or they just in my town...
>>>this one was from today.....This guy called and said he's looking to get a loan and wanted to know what he needed to do to get approved and for how much he could Qualify for...So far so good.....I then proceeded to ask him his name and info as I always do on a floor call and the preQualifying Questions....So he then said i would like to get a loan for my home which he stated he's renting and that he could not pay the rent so he was wondering if i could give him a loan to pay it for several months since we are a mortgage company..
>>>OK this lady called me and asked if i could give her a Mortgage Loan to buy an R.V but did not want to use her current home's equity but, a 100% zero down RV loan because she did not like the rate that her salesmen gave her and thought we could do better since it was a MOTOR HOME and I do Home LOANS...lol....
.....I Love my job....I bet some of u have better ones than this so make me Laugh.....
