Ingratitude is the greatest of vices.

As George C. Scoot put it “I have a lot of faults but ingratitude is not one of them.”   Patton.  Anyway I’m grateful for so many things but in my younger day I was just so full of ingratitude it really showed.

So of course my question to you is are you full of ingratitude?  What say you?

Now go out and tell the world of your new found knowledge.  Smile it will make people wonder what you’ve been up to.  Join us tomorrow for another journey into the wonderful world of Wordsmith.  Click on the link below.  Who knows you may learn something along the way and some of the words may even bring a smile to your face.   Wise Custom Realty is hiring in AR., PA., MO., CO., and OK. call me for details.

George Scott was a natural born leader and if he would not have lost his temper he would have gone down as a excellent leader. Never let your temper get in the way of true gratitude.

Gratitude is riches. Count your blessing, naming them one by one morning noon and night and this reminder makes all the difference. Keeps you humble, even keel and feeling joy you build deep inside that shows without words. Make yourself happy from inside first with realizing how lucky, fortunate we all really are. Be positive, play it forward.

Hi James,

Many younger people think that gratitude is not a virtue to have. They never give it a thought. But as they get older they realize that they had been missing out.

Have a good day in Rogers my friend.

Best, Clint McKie

The older we get, the less we tend to believe that life owes us and the more we gravitate toward how much we are grateful for life. I'm happy my eyes pop open in the morning.

James,

We prefer the word "appreciation" rather than gratitude, and to that I love this quote by the Dalai Lama, The roots of all goodness like in the soil of appreciation for goodners".  The word has built in to it, appreciation of value, which resonates with us better than gratitude...Happy Saturday.  A
