Who Should I Hire To Sell My Palm Harbor-Clearwater Home

Please don't let the title give you the wrong impression.  Honestly I chose this title for SEO reasons and if you are reading this, then it worked.  I am very humble and this is just my resume and I am applying for a job.  If you are thinking of selling your home, have tried to sell your home in the last couple years or have sold a home in the past five years, this is more than likely your experience:

  1. Your Real Estate Agent listed your home in the MLS
  2. They put a sign in your front yard
  3. You never heard from them again
  4. And, if your home sold, another agent brought the buyer and your listing agent "did nothing."
By the way, I am NOT saying this is my opinion of my co-professionals or my profession but it is however unfortunately how the experience is described to me by most home owners that have sold or tried to sell their home in the last five years.  Now, here is the truth that most home owners don't know;
  1. When a buyer is looking for a home, 87.5% are online looking for homes just like you were doing when you found this blog.  This means marketing, especially internet marketing is critical to getting your home sold.
  2. When a listing is loaded in the MLS, it automatically links with a dozen or more websites but not all internet marketing is created equal.
  3. When a buyer finds a home they like on one of these websites, chances are they already have an agent they are working with.  They may call their agent to see your home and it looks as if the listing agent had nothing to do with finding the buyer when in reality they are the reason the buyer found your home.

Now, I agree that customer service needs to improve and not just in the Real Estate profession by the way.  When is the last time you had a really great experience when you went out to eat, had your car serviced, went to the doctors office, called any home service based business, not to mention, how many of you love your bank?  Let's be honest, service everywhere is getting worse every day.  The Dietz Team chose the slogan 'People Helping People" as a reminder to our team members that we are in the customer service business.  Our goal with every client is win advocates for The Dietz Team.  Our promise to our clients is:

  1. We will massively market your home on hundreds of web sites and we will spend an average of 10 hours a day marketing your home
  2. We will make at least 100 outgoing prospecting calls every day with the goal of finding a buyer for your home
  3. We will call you after EVERY showing with detailed feedback and suggestions on what we need to  do to overcome any negative feedback
  4. We will check in with you often even when we haven't had a showing recently.  No showings is feedback by the way.
  5. We guarantee our service.  If we fail to keep any of these promises, you can fire us anytime with NO FEE and NO STIPULATION.

Another awesome testimony from a Dietz Team client:

John Dietz and the Dietz Team are not your average Realtor's because they are not just about selling houses. They build relationships on a strong foundation of trust and integrity. I met John and the Team in 2010 and we have been friends since day one. Whether buying or selling you need to know you are being guided with knowledge and experience to make the right decision. THIS is the team you want on your side! "People helping People"...not just their slogan!
