Now that you have found Roripaug Ranch, here is a little info about the development KB homes is putting in.
It is roughly 200 homes total, spread out on 2 different tracts and part of the gated part of Roripaugh Ranch in Temecula, there are already homes for sale as you can see here.
Standard Pacific has taken a "Casual Luxury" approach to the homes they are building and you will see, that this implies, some nice touches on how the homes are put together. They are also offering two different tracts in this area, one slightly more upper scale then the other. 
Standard Pacific builds a nice and very good quality home. Modern conveniences such as green building and solar is pretty standard fare these days and floorplans in the community are a head above most.
