I have absolutely no idea why this is still available - it is a perfect retreat get-a-way for two couples who just want some laidback peace and quiet!  Decent road, a few miles off the pavement yet only 40 minutes from town!  One of my very favorites to show - mystery why it hasn't attracted that perfect owner yet!
