If you spend a lot of time in Real Estate transactions, farming –or- prospecting for new leads  you probably run into a problem that I have to deal with on a daily basis.

The problem is one of time and healthy eating A lot of the time it’s difficult to adjust your schedule to get both activities done especially if you have kids and family depending on you. I have my husband and my 92 year old father to feed daily. (They are always hungry) and

( they are a very good eaters) So I look for healthy recipes that don’t take forever to make. I am posting a series of  chicken recipes and other yummy dishes,   that are healthy & easy to make. You have a range of spiceyness from a little spicy to, if you choose, a lot spicy.
