Look up these sites

www.dc.gov government web site

www.nps.gov/history/standards.htm National Parks Service guidelines

www.nps.gov/nr/owners.htm  National Register Owner Information.

www.nps.gov/nr/   national register of Historic Homes.

Call an agent who is familiar with Historic homes .
